The Fort Zumwalt Education Foundation is a tax-exempt organization that was established in 2005 to fund educational programs and projects, which are not within budgetary guidelines of a school district. It is a separate entity from the school district, but it exists to support the district and its programs. Our major program we are funding is the “Grow Your Own Teachers” Program.   
We are currently planning our fourteenth “Fort Zumwalt Golf Tournament” fundraiser, which will be held on Monday, July 12th, 2021, at Winghaven Country Club. We will also have a silent auction and other contests for prizes.

Our 4-person scramble golf tournament helps raise money for our Grow Your Own Teachers Program, created because of the need for more teachers in high needs areas (math, science, special education, industrial technology and foreign language). This program allows Fort Zumwalt seniors to apply and, if selected, receive $4,000 per semester to attend college.  Once the student completes the requirements and becomes certified, he/she returns to Fort Zumwalt to teach.   This program has been highly successful in growing teachers from our very own students who now teach in the district.

Tournament Sponsorships/Fees
*Corporate Sponsorship = $1,500 per company

*Silver Sponsorship = $1,000 per company

*Blue Sponsorship = $800 per company

*Foursome = $500 per company

*Charitable Contributions are also accepted.

*10:00 am Tee Time/Shot-Gun Start/Box Lunch/Beverages on course
*3:00-4:00 pm Cash Bar/Silent Auction (Sports items/Baskets/etc…)
*4:00 pm Appetizers
*4:30 pm Presentation/Silent Auction Winners
*No Denim please!
